- The present Revision filed against the interlocutory order dated 29.10.2012 in I.A.No.2656 of 2012 in S.O.P.No.559 of 2003 passed by the II Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District.
- Heard Sri M.Radha Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.V.Krishnaiah and Sri Vajjhala Satyanarayana Prasad, learned counsel for the respondents.
- The present application is filed to reopen the caseonbehalfof the petitioners for the purpose of calling for records from K.V.R. College, Nandigama containing full signatures of the deceased, which was dismissed by the trial Court on 29.10.2012. In view of the orders passed in CRP.No.784 of 2013, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as a sequel.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
