ORDER:
This present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant against the order, dated 22.09.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.491 of 2013 in C.C.No.67 of 2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class Nandikotkur, wherein the petition filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant under Sections 190, 211 and 228 of Cr.P.C., to frame the charges against the accused under Section3and4 read with Section 6 of Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986 and Section 66 and 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000, was dismissed by the trial Court.
- A perusal of the case status furnished by the Registry,the main case i.e., C.C.No.67 of 2012 was disposed on 02.06.2022 and the accused was acquitted, therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive andthematter has become infructuous.
- Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
