The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/accused No.4 against the order, dated 20.07.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.560 of 2016 in S.C.No.185 of 2011 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kurnool, wherein the petition^filedbythe petitioner therein/complainant under Section 319 of^{Cr.P.Ctoimplead} the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 as Accused Nos.3 and 4 was^allowed.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned^counsel for the petitioner that the main case i.e., S.C.No.185 of 2011 was disposed on 20.07.2018 and therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive and the matter^wouldbecome infructuous.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is^dismissed shall stand
