| I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 I.A.No.2 of 2025 is filed seeking restoration of the main appeal, which was dismissed for default on 22.11.2024. I.A.No.1 of 2025 is filed seeking condonation of 80 days in filing the restoration application. Heard learned counsel for the parties. Mr. P. Bhaskara Narasimha Murthy, learned counsel appearing for M/s Shriram General Insurance Company Limited, upon receiving oral instructions from the insurance company, has stated that the matter was settled in terms of the decree and order passed by the Tribunal by paying the entire compensation to the claimants as per the award. In view of the said statement, no further orders are required to be passed in the present applications. Accordingly, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 are dismissed as infructuous. |
