ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitionerthat the present criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR and subsequently, the police laid charge sheet after due investigation basing upon the contents in FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court, for liberty to assail the said charge sheet.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed granting liberty
to the petitioner to assail the charge sheet.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pendingin this
criminal petition shall stand closed.
