Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that the present criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR and subsequently the police laid charge sheet after due investigation, basing upon the contents in FIR.
In view of the said submission, nothing remains for further adjudication in the present criminal petition.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed granting liberty
to the petitioner to assail the charge sheet, if he is aggrieved so.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pendingin this
criminal petition shall stand closed.
