The present writ petition is filed for the followingrelief:

Pleader for Home, on instructions, submitted that the complaints that are alleged to have been given by the petitioner were not received by the respondent police. In pursuant to the
filing of the writ petition, the respondent police herein went to the house of the petitioner and enquired about the i issue. On enquiry, the respondent police came to the conclusion that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficiai respondents with regard to money transactions. Since the dispute ISi pureiy civil in nature, the police have not entertained to register the complaint given by the petitioner.
- In view of the said submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is dismissed. The petitioner i is at liberty to avail the remedies available.under the law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ
Petition shall stand closed.
