This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 ofCriminalProcedure Code (for short “Cr.P.C.”) to quash the proceedingsinC.C.No.29of2018on the file of the Special Court for Trial of Cases related to Elected MP’s and MLA’s Cum VIII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 145, 341 r/w.149 of Indian Penal Code (for short “I.P.C.”) and Section 3(x) of A.P Towns Nuisance Act, 1889. 2. Petitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.1, 3 to 5 (petitioner No.l/AI is expired). Respondent is the complainant. Respondent filed a complaint stating that he had received reliable information that YSRCP activities under the leadership of petitioner No.l/AI staged protests on the road at Collector’s Office in Vizianagaram town. By the time LWs-1 to 5 reached the junction at 12:30, the protestors, includingA2 to A5 assembled unlawfully and shouted slogans against the government demanding waiving off Dwacra loans and burned an effigy of the Chief Minister, N. Chandra Babu Naidu. This action disrupted public peace, obstructed traffic, and caused a nuisance. As, none came forward to act as mediators, complainant himself prepared an occurrence report for the acts committed by the accused, since then, all the accused were absconding.
