This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the order in Rc.B.157/2018 (Form No.20) dated 03.02.2018 issued under Section 133 Cr.P.C., passed by the Tahsildar, Kodavalur Mandal, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District.
- Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned public prosecutor, on oral instructions, informed this Court that in pursuance of the notice issued by the 2"^ respondent herein on 03.02.2018, the petitioners have shifted the poultry to some other place. Therefore, the cause in the petition does not survive and requested this Court to close the criminal petition.
- Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is closed.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this petition, shall stand closed.
