This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 17.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19676 of 2023.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents furnished written instructions dated 24.07.2024, wherein it is stated that the amount claimed by the petitioner was paid. In view of the same, the order dated 17.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19676 of 2023 has been complied with, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not refute the same.
Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
