When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents furnished written instructions dated 12.09.2024,wherein it is stated that the amount claimed by the petitioner was paid. In view of the same, the order dated 20.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17589 of 2023 has been complied with, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
