But there is no representation on behalf of the petitionerandthematteris posted to today i.e., on 08.07.2024 for getting instructions by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the respondents has furnished the written instructions dated 04.07.2024, wherein it is stated that the amount claimed by the petitioner was paid on 31.03.2024.
In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order asto costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
