Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the Notifications issued in Rc.M.Nos. 290/2018, 304/2018, 306/2018, 358/2018, dated 31-01-2018, by the 3rd respondent for appointment of Fair Price Shop Dealers in Veerupapuram, G. Hosalli, Pandavagallu and Molagavalli villages of Adoni Revenue Division, Kurnool District, and the process of selection done by the 3rd Respondent without following and adhering to the conditions specified in the Notifications, as illegal, arbitrary, and contrary to the various Government Orders besides violation of principles of natural justice, apart from being violation of Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents to conduct a fresh selection fairly and transparently by giving opportunity to the petitioners to participate in the examination and interviews, further not to appoint any ineligible candidates as Fair Price Shop Dealers for the respective notified villages.
