Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on part of the 3rd Respondent issued in Notification No.R.C.B.316/2015 dated 11.4.2015 in notifying the Fair Price Shop Dealership for O.C. Women for Shop No.26 of Erladinne Village, of C.Belagal Mandal despite the said dealership was earlier notified for SC(Men) during the year 2003 vide Notification R.C. 13/1008/2013 dated 4.12.2013 as being illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the Rules and the Control orders and the guidelines issued for selection and appointment of Fair Price Shop Dealer vide G.O.Ms.No. 4, CA,F& CS(CS.I) Dept., dated 19.2.2011 and set aside the same with direction to the Respondents to finalize the selection of Fair Price Shop Dealer in respect of Shop No.26 of Erladinne Village, C.Belagal Mandal, by considering the claims of Scheduled Caste Candidates like the petitioner as per the R.C.B/1008/2013 dated4.12.2013 or in alternative by issuing Fresh Notification duly reserving the same for Scheduled Caste Candidate and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
