allowance. The respondents received the notice along with order copy on 19.03.2015, by that time the subsistence allowance for the month of March, 2015 has also been paid at 25% to the petitioner. In compliance with, the directions of this Court, the petitioner herein will be paid 50% subsistence allowance from the month of April, 2015 and further submitted that the petitioner along with his wife has cheated the people under the guise of the chit fund company and involved in a case under Section 420, r/w 34 IPC and .Section 16 of the APCF Act, 1987. Those persons who were cheated by the petitioner and his wife came to the temple and abused the petitioner and went away, as such, the petitioner by his act has degraded the temple reputation. Further, the wife ,of. the petitioner has even filed Insolvency Petition showing her husband as unemployee the said act itself shows that the...wife and husband are hand in glove and cheating the people under the guise of . chit fund company. The suspension orders were revised by the Manager of 4th respondent temple vide proceedings Rc.No.NIL/2014, dated 06.11.2014 and continued the petitioner’s suspension by paying 25% of subsistence allowance with DA. Thereafter the petitioner herein has filed WP.23.17 of 2015 challenging the proceedings dated 06.11.2014 reducing the allowance to 25%. This Court was pleased to dispose of the WP.No.2317 of 2015
