Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not accepting the joining report submitted on 27.11.2014 by the petitioner herein and not allowing her to discharge the functions of Mini Anganwadi Worker though an appointment is made vide appointment order dt. 26.11.2014 as illegal, high handed and violative Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution, of India and consequently direct the respondents more specifically the respondent no. 3 & 4 to allow the petitioner to discharge the functions of Mini Anganwadi Worker, Balayenganapalli Anganwadi Centre while receiving and accepting the Joining report submitted on 27.11.2014 forthwith.
