ORDER :-
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“…..to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction
more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in not ensuring smooth passage of petitioners vehicles which are carrying Essential Commodities under Public Distribution System and not taking action against the respondents 19 to 32, who are illegally obstructing the transportation of essential commodities being transported by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the official respondents to ensure smooth passage for vehicles carrying essential commodities and taken action against the respondents 19 to 32....”
