This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner^against the judgment dated 07.05.2009 in Crl.A.No.l77 of 2002^passedby the learned V Additional District Judge (Fast Track^Court),West Godavari, Eluru, wherein the judgment dated 22.10.2002 in C.C.No.363 of 1998 of the learned Additional Judicial^Magistrate of First Class, Tadepalligudem, was confirmed.

Both the learned counsel are present.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor filed a copy of^thedeath certificate of the petitioner issued by the Greater Chennai Corporation, Health Department, showing that the petitioner^died on 25.01.2019.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.

Interim Orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.
