WRIT PETITION No.7249 of 2022
ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigating officer has filed a final report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C., and seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty, to challenge the said final report, by way of a protest petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn
with liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall
stand closed.
