ORDER:
A Tata Indigo Car bearing No.AP 07 AH 6556 belonging to the petitioner along with tobacco products being transported in the said vehicle were seized in crime No.59 of 2022 on the file of Palthur Police Station, Anantapuram District. This complaint was quashed by this Court, by an order dated 31.10.2022 in Crl.P.No.8494 of 2022.
4. Accordingly, this criminal petition is allowed.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
