ORDER
The 1st petitioner claims ownership over Ac.0.36 cents of land; the 2nd petitioner claims ownership over Ac.0.20 cents of land; and the 3rd petitioner claims ownership over Ac.0.09 ½ cents of land, in Sy.No.681 of Penukonda Village, Penukonda Sub-Division, Ananthapuram District. It is the case of the petitioners that the respondents are laying a road through the land of the petitioners without following due procedure established by law and without paying any compensation to the petitioners for the said lands.
Heard Sri N. Ranga Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondents 1 to 5 and learned Government pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent No.6.
In view of the complaint raised by the petitioners, it would be appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with the following directions.

the petitioners. Needless to say, no coercive steps shall be taken till the said process is completed.
With the above directions the writ petition is disposed of. There
shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
