ORDER
The petitioners, who are residents of Alapadu Village, Kaikaluru Mandal, Krishna District, have approached this Court being aggrieved by the action of the respondents in closing the village common tank spread over in an extent of Ac.1.26 cents in R.S.No.123 of Alapadu Village, Kaikaluru Mandal, Krishna District, for the purpose of allotting the said land as house sites.
The Tahsildar, Kaikaluru Mandal, who is arrayed as respondent No.5, has given written instructions to the learned Government Pleader for Assignments and the same have been placed before this Court. In the said instructions bearing No.Rc.A.279/2022, dated 26.03.2022, the Tahsildar, Kaikaluru Mandal has stated that an alternate private land to an extent of Ac.7.03 cents has been acquired for issuance of house site pattas in Someswaram Village and the land in R.S.No.124, which is classified as Cheruvu, is not being distributed to weaker sections as house sites.
Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioners to approach this Court in the event of any further action is taken in relation to the land in R.S.No.124 of Alapadu Village, Kaikaluru Mandal, Krishna District. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
