ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the principal amount due to the petitioner has been paid. However, he claims that the interest for the delayed period of payment has not been paid.
As the question of payment of interest on delayed payments is pending before a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.724 of 2021, the question of payment of interest for the delayed period of payment shall abide by the result of the said writ appeal.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
