ORDER :
In view of the letter addressed to the Additional Commissioner of Endowments Department vide Rc.No.L1/18025 (33)/1/2020 dated 13.02.2021, the petitioner seeks permission to withdrawn the Writ Petition as the respondents agreed to pay the compensation as stated in the letter.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
