ORDER :
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the
Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn . However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit an appropriate application for conversion of agricultural land for nonagricultural purposes on payment of requisite fee as per the procedure prescribed and Rules framed under the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purposes) Act, 2006. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
