ORDER:
The Contempt case is filed alleging deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1995 of 2021, dated 28.01.2021.
During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for contemnors fairly submits that the order of this Court is complied with and copy of the proceedings in Rc.No.255/E4/2022, dated 20.02.2022 is placed on record in compliance of the order passed by this Court and therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this case.
With the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
