ORDER:-
This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not absorbing and regularizing the petitioners services into the Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department from the PR & RD Department, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the A.P. Municipal Ministerial Service Rules; consequently directing the respondents to absorb their services into the Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department.
