“………to issue a Writ or Order more in the nature of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Inspector Of Police Civil as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, violative of G.O.Ms.No.257 G.A (Ser.C) Department dated 10.06.1999 and consequentially direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Inspector Of Police (Civil) without reference to the charge memo issued by the 2nd respondent vide Memo No.12/P1/2015 dated 27.09.2016, and the Criminal Cases registered in SC.No.49/2017 and CC.No.281/2017 pending trial before the Hon’ble Court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of 1st class, Tanuku and before the Honble Court of Additional Judicial 1st Class Magistrate, Narasapuram respectively in terms of G.O.Ms.No.257, G.A (Ser.C) Department dated 10.06.1999 by extending the benefit of AP High Court Judgments in W.P.No.3099/2017 dated 27.08.2021 W.A.No.384/2020 dated 01.04.2021 W.P.No.25339/2022 dated 12.08.2022, W.P.No.12826/20, 1893/2021, 3303/2021 and 18782/2020 dated 04.12.2020, 02.02.2021, 11.02.2021, 09.03.2021.”
