ORDER:-

This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to declare the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not releasing the annual grade increments to the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to law; consequently directing the respondents to grant due increments to the petitioner.

Heard Mr. Sriman, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare. Perused the material on record.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice if a direction is given to the 4^th respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 01.02.2021 of the petitioner, in accordance with law, by stipulating the time period.

Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare, appearing for the respondents, does not refute the said submission.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and without

touching the merits of the case, the 4^th respondent is directed to

pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 01.02.2021

¶11

of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of (06)

¶12

eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any,

¶15

shall stand closed.
