ORDER:-

This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to declare the action of the 4^th respondent in not discharging the duties attached to the post of Male Nursing Orderly, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Rule 20 of A.P.C.S (CC & A) Rules,1991 and set-aside the impugned proceedings dated 19.1.2019; consequently directing the 4^th respondent to allow the petitioner to discharge his duties as Male Nursing Orderly with all benefits incidental thereto, including salary from 19.1.2019, by disposing of the representation dated 21.10.2021.

Heard Mr. P.Kameswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-IV.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice if a direction is given to the 4^th respondent pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 21.10.2021 of the petitioner, in accordance with law, by stipulating the time period.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-IV, appearing for the respondents, does not refute the said submission.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and without touching the merits of the case, the 4^th respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 21.10.2021 of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of (06) six weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
