ORDER:
The petitioner had been awarded the contract for providing Additional Infrastructure facilities and renovation of existing building Government Degree College for Women’s at Madanapalle Village and Mandal, Chittoor District, under Agreement dated 01.02.2019. After execution of the said contract, a final bill for a sum of Rs.40,04,567/had been prepared on 17.02.2022. As the payment of the said amount has not been made by the respondents, the petitioner approached this Court by way of this Writ Petition.
