ORDER:
This contempt case is filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 20.04.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5748 of 2022.
Both the learned counsel states that the order complained of is complied with by paying the admitted bill amount of Rs.15,97,094/- to the petitioner and the contempt case may be closed.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Applications, if any
pending, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
