ORDER:
This contempt case is filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 05.05.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.13196 of 2022.
Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare state that as directed by this Court, an amount of Rs.47,06,469/- paid to the petitioner and the order complained of is complied with and the contempt case may be closed.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
