ORDER:
This contempt case is filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 22.12.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17302 of 2018.
Both the learned counsel states that the order complained of is complied with by issuing G.O.Ms.No.590, Revenue (Lands.II) Department, dated 25.08.2022, de-notifying the petitioner’s land from the prohibited property list and the contempt case may be closed.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Applications, if any
pending, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
