ORDER:-
This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the 2nd respondent in considering the application of the petitioner dated 15.06.2013 for registration of existing aqua culture form at Gokavaram Village, Machilipatnam Mandal, Krishna District, as illegal and arbitrary.
When the writ petition is came up for admission on 22.01.2015, an interim direction was passed, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 15.06.2013 for registration of the existing aqua culture form in accordance with Rules.
In the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the said interim order, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and the writ petition is, accordingly, closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
