ORDER:-
Sri V.V.Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the cause in this petition does not survive any further adjudication and became infructuous.
In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
