ORDER :
This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:-
“…..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.1 to 3, in not considering the Representation made by the Petitioner on 10.08.2013 and 29.11.2014, requesting them to pay the amounts due to the Petitioner towards the Subsidy charges against the Supply of Power Sprayers as per the Agreement dated 10.07.2013 between the Petitioner and the Third Respondent an amount of Rs 14,74,004/- (Fourteen Lakhs, seventy Four Thousand, Four Rupees) and not disbursing the amounts to the Petitioner on the ground that the 4th Respondent filed a Writ Petition before this Hon’ble Court is illegal, contrary to the Principles of Natural Justice, Contrary to Condition No.16(ii) of the Agreement Dated 11.07.2013, Violating Articles 14, 16, 19, 21 and 299 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the Respondents to pay an amount of Rs.14,74,004/- (Fourteen Lakhs seventy Four Thousand Four Rupees) to the Petitioner and pass such other order…”
The case of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent has to pay an amount of Rs. 14,74,004/- to the petitioner towards subsidy amount for the equipment that was supplied by the petitioner.
Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Pleader has drawn the attention of this Court with regard to acknowledgement given by the petitioner, stating that the cheque has been given for an amount of Rs. 12,94,500/- by the joint Director of Agriculture, Nellore.
In view of the said Acknowledgement given by the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any in
the Writ Petition, shall also stand closed.
