ORDER :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the authorities in notifying the land of the Petitioners in Sy.No.1117/2 situated at Thallapaka Village Rajampet Mandal Kadapa District in an extent of Ac.4-23 cents in the prohibitory list under Sec 22(A)(1)(e) of the Registration Act, 1908 as illegal arbitrary and contrary to the earlier proceedings and violation of Articles 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India by setting aside the same and consequently direct the revenue authorities delete the Petitioners said land from the prohibitory list”
Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submit that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.6175 of 2020 dated 20.03.2020.
Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order in W.P.No.6175 of 2020 dated 20.03.2020. No costs.
The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the order in W.P.No.6175 of 2020 dated 20.03.2020 to this order.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
