ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:-

“…to issue an appropriate order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings of the 2^nd respondent in Draft Memo No.G2/19134/2011, dated 01-12-2021, as illegal, without jurisdiction and unconstitutional and to issue a consequential direction to the 4^th respondent to receive and register the document that may be presented by the petitioners for registration in respect of the house site for admeasuring Ac.0-33 ½ cents in Sy.No.201, situated at 9^th ward, Podili Village and Mandal, Markapuram Revenue Division, Prakasam District without reference to the memo of the 2^nd respondent bearing No.G2/19134/2011 and pass such other orders....”

Though the petitioners made several allegations against the respondents, during hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court, without touching the merits of the case, to issue a direction to the respondents to receive and register the document(s) presented by the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue readily agreed to receive and register the document presented by the petitioners, in accordance with law.

In view of the concession given by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, respondents are directed to receive and process the document submitted by the petitioners, in accordance with law. In case the instrument presented cannot be registered, the Registrar shall pass reasoned order as mandated under Section 71 of the Registration Act, as it is appealable under Section 72 of the Registration Act.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall

also stand closed.
