ORDER :
Learned Government Pleader for Services-I represented that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4735 of 2020, an appeal is preferred in W.A.No.441 of 2021 and obtained suspension order.
Therefore, the contempt case is closed permitting the petitioner to renew his request at appropriate stage. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
