ORDER:
Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for A.P.S.R.T.C. appearing for contemnor, represented that the common order dated 16-04-2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4204 of 2020 and batch, is suspended today i.e. on 06.08.2021 in W.A.No.441 of 2021.
- Recording the said submission, the contempt case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to renew his request after disposal of the writ appeal or after vacating the interim order.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this contempt case, shall stand closed.
