ORDER :
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file a petition for discharge before the trial Court along with the petition to dispense with the presence of the petitioners.
Permission as sought for is accorded.
Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
