ORDER:-
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file a petition for discharge in the trial Court along with petition to dispense with the presence of the accused.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty as prayed for.
