ORDER:-
The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for willful and deliberate violation of the order, dated 4.1.2017, in W.P.No.331 of 2017 wherein the common High Court at Hyderabad disposed of the writ petition as under:
“Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to conduct detailed enquiry pursuant to the order of the Respondent No.3 in ROR Appeal No.E/6275/2015, dated 26.09.2015, in accordance with law, if it is not stayed or challenged before the higher authority, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.”
Since the order passed by this Court is not complied with, the present Contempt Case came to be filed in the month of November, 2018.
