JUDGMENT :
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.R. Avula, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant herein died. Learned Public Prosecutor was asked to verify the same. The information received from the Station House Officer, Patamata Police Station is to the effect that the convict by name Goaddalla Venkateswera Rao, S/o. Baburao, died about four (4) years back, as per the information furnished by his relatives.
