THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1626 of 2012
ORDER:-
The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for willful and deliberate violation of the Order, dated 29.03.2012, passed in W.P.No.8767 of 2012.
- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Sri N. Srihari, Standing Counsel for the respondents Corporation, placed on record material showing compliance of the order. The same is not disputed by Smt., K. Anuradha representing Sri A.G. Satyanarayana Rao, learned counsel for petitioner.
- In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed.
- Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this
