ORDER:-
The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willful and deliberate violation of the order, dated 18.09.2018 passed in W.P.No.33513 of 2018, wherein this Court directed the Tahsildar, Penumur Mandal, Chittoor District to deal with the application made by the petitioners dated 13.06.2018 in accordance with law as early as possible preferably, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

“Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar, Penumur Mandal, Chittoor District to deal with the application made by the petitioners on 13.06.2018 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after hearing all concerned, if no orders are passed thereon till date, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed”.
