ORDER :-
It is submitted by Sri T.D.Phani Kumar, learned Advocate representing Sri Harinath Reddy Soma, learned counsel for the petitioners that similar cases were withdrawn and permission was accorded to avail the alternative remedy to approach the competent authority. While saying so, a request is made by Sri T.D.Phani Kumar, learned counsel to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition.
Permission, as sought for, is accorded.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to approach the appropriate authority as per law. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
