ORDER :-
During the course of arguments, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing of the counter-affidavit by the respondents, the petitioner herein approached the Court of VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, by way of filing an application. If that being so, leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue the said remedy before the above said Court, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.

consequence.
