Heard Sri K.Raja Shekar, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri K.Srinivasa Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health and Sri B.Jagadeeswhar, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 6.

The grievance of the petitioners in the present Writ Petition is that despite no objection expressed by the respondents 4 to 6, vide letters bearing Rc.No.4507/E2/DCHS/KDP/2019 dated 30.11.2019, dated 21.11.2019 and Rc.No.821/A5/MS/DH/PDTR/2018 dated 23.11.2018, no action has been taken so far by the 2^nd respondent in the direction of granting permission of clinical attachment to the students of the petitioner-institution. It is also the submission of the learned counsel that the issue is now pending with the 2^nd respondent authority and action is to be taken pursuant to the no objection expressed by the respondents 4 to 6.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel for A.P.Vidya Vidhana Parishad, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the 2^nd respondent to take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders pursuant to the no objections said to have been expressed by the respondents 4 to 6, vide letters bearing Rc.No.4507/E2/DCHS/KDP/2019 dated 30.11.2019, dated 21.11.2019 and Rc.No.821/A5/MS/DH/PDTR/2018 dated 23.11.2018, as

expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to the costs of the Writ Petition.
